Following a declaration from Chawla's lawyer, advocate Deepak Khosla, Justice Jayant Nath allowed the plea to be withdrawn Court said, "The plaintiff's learned counsel (Chawla) wishes to withdraw the application with the option of appealing to the appellate court.
